Congregation

The congregation is led by the elders. However, the congregation does have a voice in the affairs of the church. They elect elders and deacons. They call pastors. They approve the annual budget of the church as well as the report of the church to Annual Conference. And in any matter that is brought before the elders which they want the congregation to approve, the congregation is asked to voice their thoughts and the matter is brought to a vote.
